To participate in SCRH tenders, your business must be registered as an approved supplier. Ensure you have the following documents ready:
Valid business registration from the Registrar of Companies
Valid KRA PIN certificate and current tax compliance certificate
Access to Government Procurement Opportunities certification
Business bank account in the company's name for payments
Download the tender document for the opportunity you're interested in.
Complete all forms, attach required documents, and prepare your financial proposal.
Deliver your sealed bid to the Procurement Office before the stated closing date & time.
Bids are opened publicly, evaluated by a committee, and results communicated to all bidders.
